Goiko Grill was born in a small space with room for only 30 seats. It was a dream of Andoni’s, a medical doctor who originally came from Caracas to work as a resident medical officer at Hospital de La Paz, but ended up ditching the white robe for the apron.
At first people couldn’t care less for Andoni’s burgers, but little by little, the whole city went on to fall for them. Word of mouth on the taste of the products and the restaurant atmosphere quickly brought in crowds who would queue at our doors to try his delicious burgers.
From the very beginning, lots of efforts have been reinvested in ever improving and expanding, without compromising our values: quality – the best burgers and the best service, efficiency and good vibes. Our great atmosphere has been the foundation of Goiko Grill’s growth.
